How to manage the balance amount if buying Coupon?
For example, I purchased USD1500, and after few more times purchases, I have USD300 left, and I want to order USD500 (original price) goods this time. It will not sufficient for this order (USD500), then what to do?
Answer: USD300 can purchase original cost of USD428.57 (300/0.7), i.e. USD500 - USD428.57 = USD71.43 ; And, this year is the promotion year, every one can enjoy 20% off (i.e. USD71.43 x 0.8 = USD57.14). Thus, you only need to pay USD57.14 for this order.
How can I know the balance amount?
Every time when the amount has changes, we will send you a statement. You can request for it when you need. For big orders, please email us for the best price.
Payment procedure

| 2. | Confirm quantity, price, quality (by picture of goods ready to send you), and delivery date |
| 3. | Advance full payment before shipment, including balance cost of the goods, shipping fee, bank charge and etc |

Cheque is not applicable.
Return Goods
Customer can return any goods and refund, but need to pay the shipment cost & bank charge of return goods. It is because we sent picture to confirm the quality before shipment, except that our quality is totally different from the picture.

Shipment
| 1. | Goods' weight is count in unit of 0.01kg; For example a bracelet is 12g, we will count it as 0.02kg, to estimate the shipment cost. Real weight will be informed when the goods are ready to ship |
| 2. | The shipment by FedEx Economic, which will take ~4 days to Japan, e.g. ship out at 1st Jan, will receive at 5th Jan |
